All me Roger. Wasn't that big of a job after all. Let me know if you need any metal work advice
Congrats Gary! I learned a long time ago to not let ANYONE tell me it couldn't be done. There are things I do today on 55-57 Chevys that I am the only one that does them.......because I taught myself how to do things and be successful at it that no one else even thinks of doing.
Mostly it just take time and some willingness on your part to accomplish the task.
When I had my first 55 painted by a professional body shop, I learned that I was smarter then most of the guys working there, paid too much, and had to do it over myself. Now my work speaks for itself.

Too many guys, and even professionals don't give enough thought to how they plan to make the repair, planning the attack is way more than half the job. If Gary had started out doing the repair the wrong way, he could have easily made the mess that so many predicted. It can triple the time spent, and prevent a perfect repair.
