I think thee holes are close to being in the right place. It's the angle of the hinge parts that's way off.

While some people would be forced to use at least some Danchuk parts on their car I personally will never put any of their parts on my personal vehicles. I do install some of their stuff for my customers but they buy those parts so when there is an issue it is on them, Not me. When my personal 55 Belair body off restoration is done there will be a grand total of ZERO Danchuk parts on it.

Unhappy Same problem here

I too had that problem, but not quite as bad as yours. I got away with just widening the holes at the bottom and adjusting it to the left. Very poor quality control.

Quality control. Are you kidding?? Not in their vocabulary. A part such as a gas pedal, should be trial fitted, making initial adjustments if necessary, before making hundreds of them; or whatever they make. No reason for it not to fit properly. How many times have we all experienced and seen this, Carmine.

The standard answer, how many times have we heard this. I'll only be buying from Danchuk as a ( Last Resort ) It's now time to start shopping at https://www.fillingstation.com from now on.

How about FillingStation #CV-239 or ClassicIndustries #TF100418? Before trying one of these, get an approximate angle of your pedal and then contact these people to see what the angle is of their part to see if there's any difference before ordering.

Amen to that!!!! I ended up using my slightly pitted originals.
NEVER could get the re-pops to work without falling off, and I tried several different types of clips. Again, stunning that Danchuk can't get the simple things right.
