Those appear to be original GM Rallye wheels which were supplied by Kelsey Hayes in several sizes, offsets, and widths for various Chevrolet models from the mid-sixties thru the late 70's. They were NOT optional on 1986 El Caminos - so you were mistaken in your original post by not supplying sufficient information or a photograph.
FYI: Remove the trim ring and look adjacent to the valve stem on the front side of the wheel. You should find a code something like K 1 y m dd, CODE. The K means Kelsey Hayes mfg, 1 means Chevrolet, y is the last digit of the year mfg'ed, m is the month, and dd is the day. The CODE is a two letter code identifying the model of car it was produced on and the size/width of the wheel. If you provide this information to us, we can help you identify exactly what wheels you are considering. If there is no K code on the wheels, then they are likely reproductions.
