Default 57 4 door sedan

Would anyone know if there is either a kit or maybe a resin body of a 57 4 door sedan.

Haven't seen one.

We took the large 2 dr hdtp model and turned it into a 4 dr replica of Storm's 57. Fairly simple with a little extra plastic from the parts racks and some heat, and a dremel tool to create the rear door lines.

Tremendious job! I was hoping to avoid having to crash kits together. Oh well.

No need to crash kits. The posts for the doors are from the left over racks all the parts are formed in and you take them off. This type of plastic will mold easily with a little heat from either a candle or a lighter. Once you've made the posts just glue them in place.

When making the door lines take slow light cuts to get the depth just enough to be noticed.

Those racks were like the bonus parts to me. I made engine stands, roll cages and whatever else I could think of from these.

I've seen a simple rolling plastic toy, about 1/24 scale 4dr pillar-less 57 Chevy. But you'd need to make the windows yourself and source an interior from another kit!!

I just don't know if I'm a good enough modeller to be able to do this.

I would love to have a 1/24 57 4 Door sedan. My hands are too shaky to attempt using a dremel
