Love it when the web site says, "Availability: In stock", "Same day shipping". Only to find out a week later when HALF the parts come in and the other half of the parts, which are needed to mount the other half, are on back order. Then to top it all off to call customer service and have the operator with an attitude. No, "I'm sorry sir" or "We apologize for that". [Edited by admin-posting a letter only of a curse word doesn`t fly either] By chevman57 these guys, last time I order anything from them. They should be removed from this vendor forum as they are horrific.

Wow want a coincidence, I received an order from one of the vendors located on the west coast also today only to open the package and see one item on back order. I called and they indicated that the $40 item was going to be shipped out with a additional $20 shipping charge. Now why would I pay shipping twice on an item that I was not initially was not informed was on back order when I submitted my original order. No more for me from that vendor!
