Since you are building a high dollar car, I would go with a BeCool radiator/fan module. This is what I have in mine and am VERY happy with it.

The red can with the spout can be put away for a few years because you wont need the contents until then.

The frame is the easiest thing on the Car to repair! Just make 1/8' plates that match the outlines of the frame and mig weld to the sandblasted frame.
If done in a workmanship manner only the most educated tri fiver will know the difference. The very ends of the frame where the bumpers attach is the only place to keep the width dimensions.

They can be ground down smooth and left like that, or can be filled to hide the weld. NO ONE is going to look under the car to check. BELIEVE ME!

I spent many of hours painting the frame and polishing all the SS hardware on my 32 and no one has ever looked.

This is what my 56 looked like when I bought it. Now you can never tell that it has been repaired.

Tom, thanks for the BeCool information. I talked to them. They have a solution for a radiator and AC condenser but I would have to fab something myself for an intercooler I'm going to be out of luck. I also need to consider an oil cooler.

Roger,

You're frame is in far better shape than mine was. By the time I modified my frame for IRS and made changes to accommodate a LT4 plus a 32 gallon gas tank, it was easier to buy a nerd rods frame.
