Default WTB - '56 chevy pass. side fender, and front frame horns

Working on my '56 after a deer hit me. Need the pass. fender, 150/210 stainless fender trim and the front frame horns so I can correctly bolt the center front bumper brackets to the frame.

Pass. side frame horn.

Driver side.

Thanks!
Mark

I did this repair on my car and I found it easiest to maintain all of the material and separate it at the inner horn back to the cross member then to cut and re-weld the exterior. You may not be looking for advise but trying to let you know what worked for me.

Any and all advice is welcomed! As you know the issue will be getting to the inside of the repair to finish weld the patch and clean up the weld. Your method may be the cleanest, easiest way to do this. Thank You!
Did you bolt it all back together? Or re-rivet them? I won't be looking for show points so bolting would be a good way to go.

I used a dremel with a grinding wheel and extension to clean the inside. Also you can use a flat piece of copper used for welding on the back side to keep welds cleaner.

Ispot welded to the main crossmember by radiator brace and i cut clamped and butt welded the outer frame. Higher heat for good penetration.
