Default Wonder who owns it now?

A buddy of mine just sent me this old picture of the '56 rag top I restored way back in 1980.

Pinecrest Green & India Ivory, 265 2bbl 3 speed with overdrive, and a continental kit. There was a feature done on it in Chevy Classics #3 put out by Hot Rod Magazine. I sold it to my boss, and it eventually went to McLeods Collector Car Auction in Seattle Washington. I've never seen it since, and I wonder where it is now?

The car had been drag raced before I bought it, and the X-member had a big chunk of it cut out with a torch. I had zero welding skills at that time, and just left it as it was and painted over it. So unless someone changed it, might still be pretty easy to identify.

I don't really want to get it back, as I wasn't too attached to it. The car was bought and restored with the intention of selling it. But I've always been curious as to where it ended up, and what condition it might be in by now.

A little part of me regrets selling every one of the 'fun' cars I have had through the years. Seeing them usually stirs that feeling even more.
