Spent the last 3 weeks at my Phoenix home and brought a few parts back with me in my carry on luggage. i was never really happy with the Lokar pedals that came with the car so i changed them to the Billet specialties Black / polished ones..looks better i think

Default Reworked Bumper Center / Exhaust part #1

When i originally did the center exhaust for my Bel Air the tips hung below the bumper..i thought i could achieve a "cleaner look"

I took a spare bumper and cut it with a Holesaw and my Sawzall. I TIG welded a lip around the cutout with some 3/8" round stock and welded in studs to make it a "smoothy"

Off it went to the plater's for Triple Show Chrome..

Default Reworked Bumper Center / Exhaust part #2

After the bumper came back i Rehung it and got it shimmed to my liking

I had to cut my tailpipes and section / roll the offset's behind my gas tank up to inside the bumper cutout and MIG weld everything up again..

The Tips went to the polisher's to get the stainless like a mirror..then they were tacked in place with my MIG..here is the finished results

Snow has all Melted..Winter Street Sanding is getting swept up..i should be out in two weeks!

I installed some Amber LED Halo Headlights over the winter and thanks to Don (Acardon) solved a signal light wiring issue i was having.
