Mike, I'm not sure how we got to this point however my patience have run out. I ordered and paid for my VA unit in which you charged my Credit Card 5 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I left messages via private IM's and on your shop answering machine questioning the whereabouts of my VA unit. Getting no response was a red flag. I called VA and they had NO report of any orders in my name or yours. I private messaged you and gave you until the end of business to either credit my CC back or furnish a tracking number. You messaged back the following morning, stating some story about having two faxes not go through. Red flag #2. As of this morning, February 25, I arrive home from business....no VA unit and when I tracked the number you gave me...it appears the package was delivered to Morristown Minnesota ........except I live in Clarklake Michigan. After 5 weeks this Monday from when my CC was charged, I'm done.... credit my card back and I'll order a system from a reputable dealer. I've been in contact with another member here and he claims virtually the same story. Mike, I have owned several businesses and this is NOT how a business is run.

I also ordered a Vintage Air system from the same vendor at the same time. I paid for it when ordered. I received the unit Thursday of this week to my home in Morristown Mn.

Maybe some wires got crossed????

I too experienced the same issues. I was told Friday by VA that my order was placed, also placed order at same time as others stated.

I'm watching to see how this saga plays out. I hope you get either your money or your VA kit soon.
Depending on how you have the fax software configured, it will tell you whether the fax went through successfully or not.

I'm still waiting for my returned phone call from my message I left on Mikes shop answering machine on Saturday....an, email or IM would of went a long way. I have nothing except a charge on my CC for 5 weeks as of today. Absolute HORRIBLE business ethics.
