Have 2000 5.3L truck motor with stock accessory mount for alt and PS on the driver's side, minus the low-mount factory AC on right side. Eventually will put AC back in using an aftermarket mount, but for now want to run w/o the AC. Anybody know the belt to use for this?
Remove A/C compressor and its belt and enjoy it uses a small belt behind the main belt. So main belt doesn’t run the A/C. So any stock main belt listed works.
Then when you add aftermarket mount use the belt recommendation of the a/c mount maker.
the stock belt will be fine the a/c runs on its own belt so just leave it off.
