Default ** Pitman Arm Puller?

Where can I get one? Anyone have one they will not use again and want to sell? I have all the steering components apart and have all rebuilt steering linkage to install.

Will I need to press the new pitman on? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Do you have the old one off the box? Just tap it off with a hammer & a long rod. Usually will pop right off.
Do not need to press it back on. Shaft is tapered. Install box, center it, put arm on close to straight ahead, and torque nut to specs.

I did not rebuild the box yet. Didn't want to change too much at one time (also changed out the control arms. I'll look around for a puller.

Thanks Pops that did the trick $18.00....well spent....needed some heat on it, likely original

Autozone should have a puller available to rent. Free rental if you do return it.

Fuzzy, Yep. Autozone requires a deposit equal to retail value of tool you check out. When you return it Autozone returns the deposit. Borrowed many tools from Autozone. Autozone of course is counting on you being a loyal customer and buying parts from them.
