I placed many orders with Ecklers and never had a problem. I always ordered online and if I added a part that was out of stock it would show me that in the "cart" Then, when I got the order, the paper invoice would indicate back-order. I don't think I ever ordered just one thing that was back-ordered.
Based on the comments I have seen on here about Ecklers, I guess I have been lucky.
Maybe i should just cancel the order and save a bunch BS, calling them. I haven't been billed yet/ You guys got me scared of Ecklers- and ordering parts from them, The gal said 7th -they are on their way.I MAY CALL that day and see what the news is -if not good- cancel it right then and there.So other places have this nuts and washers item?
[/forgot i am 3 hours ahead of Calif- called spoke to a gal- back orderd but not charged yet .She said sending them out on the 7th of july- so the benefit of the doubt is mine for now. Hope they do send them out. AND she did have my info on hand..........think i will ever see those; nuts and pins?? hope so thanks all for helping me bob s
They will come through eventually....I went through the same thing with a set of hood springs that were on back order....Occasionally, I buy from Eckler's, because we travel by there on the way to my wife's son's house in Miami...No shipping charges that way.
