Whats the fix? I have the old style TRIFIVE phone page vs the newer one which I truly don't like, I prefer the old view.

Hello there,

Just to clarify, are you on the default browser on your Android device?
Or are you using Google Chrome?
By chance, are you using a Samsung device?

I was using Google and also Google chrome, with no luck. It's a Samsung SGH-T399, Android version 4.2.2
I know it's old but for what I use it for it's fine, I don't live to be on my phone. I keep hearing "Honey we have to get you a new phone" I've had that error message before and moved on and tried to attach something again and couldn't and was wondering if something changed. I believe at one time I was able to attach photos from my phone to TRIFIVE.

Clicking on the paperclip icon should open up another webpage with options for browsing and uploading a photo.
Popup blockers might be the culprit.
If you can copy the exact error message and post it here , maybe admin can track down the problem.

@kruzin1955 On your mobile are you using the "Enhanced mobile view" or the desktop view?

Yeah, if you could post the error you're getting that would help as well.

I'm using the desktop view. Like I said earlier I prefer the way I get around on the desktop view better, not a fan of the enhanced view, I tried it awhile, I just don't want to go back to post photos. I don't get this message on my computers, just my cell phone. I don't think I'll be able to copy the message as when I do click on the paperclip is when I get the message so coping it is out of the question that's why I copied it word for word, backslash for forward slash, sorry I realized I had made some key strokes on the original post, but the one below is the most current and correct. It would be nice to figure it out, like I said earlier I don't live for my phone like some of the kids I work with. I was just going to post a photo I had taken on a post I was following, vs. grabbing the camera taking the picture and loading it on the computer ect. ect, just quick and easy, as I was running out the door. I was just wondering if it was something I was doing wrong, or if I had just got outdated. I just tried it on my phone a couple of different ways, thru Google and Google Chrome, and got the message thru both ways. Here's the message from Google, and the Chrome one had almost the same message except the numbers changed most likely due to error counts.
Thanks for going thru this with me, I hate to buy a new phone for something as posting a photo on here, my wife and kids (they aren't kids anymore My Adults) seem to go thru a phone every year. I've got better things to do with my money then buy a new phone every year, like buy chrome goodies for my 55. This was sent from my desktop not my phone.

Hey Kruz,

I copied the link and pasted it in a browser. It took me to a trifive post about rear speakers. I doubt that is where you really wanted to go.
It's possible that something isn't stored right in your browser cache. It's in different places for different browsers, but what you are looking for is where the cookies, cache and browser history are stored. Clear those, close out the browser and restart it.

Let's see if that helps. Let us know one way or another......

That's the post I was trying to attach a photo to. That's why I kept going to it. I just tried to attach the photo to this post by the Attachment icon and got the same message, or something close. So I might have my adults look into it. I originally posted some photos from my laptop to the post and a little while later, when I was heading out is when I took the photo on my phone, I left and when I got to my destination I tried to add to the post and attach the photo it without no success.

Ok, I just posted a picture with the paperclip in both the full site and the mobile site on the rear speaker thread using my android phone.
You can try clearing the cache and maybe even force stop chrome and restart.
Oddly enough I had trouble getting to the thread by copying and pasting the address in firefox on the full site. No problem with chrome on the mobile site.
Try the mobile site and see what happens.

Thanks for going the distance on this John. Sit tight when my I Team show up for dinner tomorrow, I'll have them give your suggestions a try. I lost everything on my phone a couple of years ago, all of my contacts, photos, and had to dig thru old emails, time consuming. We'll see what happens tomorrow
