Default brake grabbing

so i have put new disc brake setup on my 56 Chevrolet. I purchased a 4 wheel disc setup that came with everything from booster, master cyl, valve thing lines, discs, pads etc.all is well until i have done a few ks and things start to get hot,the pedal comes all the way back, but you can feel its like the brakes are grabbed and you can hear the engine is working to keep the car moving. i know there is wear in period but i have taken it out 3 times now and it does this after about 2 ks. now and again the pedal seems a little hard but otherwise it seems ok. when i stop there is resistance if you try to roll the car. but when it cools she will roll freely. when i fitted the pads they were a little tight getting on there but still went in without a fight. what can be wrong here.
has small block with 350 turbo box and yes vacume from manifold to booster

toms classic set up as well

Your pedal to booster or booster to master cylinder push rod is too long. This prevents the master from allowing the fluid to go back into the reservoir, thus traping pressure in the system. When the fluid heats up, it expands and causes lock up.

It sounds like the rod that connects your brake pedal to the master cylinder needs adjusting and is not letting the master cylinder retract enough. Check to see that when the brake pedal is all the way back in its resting position that it is allowing the master cylinder to retract fully.

Simple way to test. When it's hot and the brakes feel like they are grabbing just loosen the 2 nuts holding the master and pull the master forward 1/4 inch or so, if brakes release you found the source. Now, if you can pull master completely forward and install a flat washer on each stud between the booster and master, your problem should now be gone completely
I don't think they (toms classic) checks any thing before they send it out=low bid

If the pedal to booster rod is too long, shimming the master cylinder won't fix anything.
To test, push the pedal down with your hand. You should feel a "detent" after 1/8" to 1/4" of pedal travel, when the play between the pedal and booster link is taken up. Then another "detent" 1/8 to 1/4", when the clearance between the booster push rod and master is taken up.
