Default LS1 issues

motor is out of a 99 camaro Z28 with approx 85-90k miles on it
i dont have the original ecm but have a P01 ecm from a 99 ls1 pontiac firebird 4l60e (stock tune)

using the hp tuners to turn off VATS etc..
changed trans type to non electric (since im running a 700r4 with tv/detent cable )
uncheck down stream o2's

a couple question...
so with that done, motor seems to run fine but of course mil light come on
and emission and transmission codes ..

when i uncheck emissions stuff evap egr and transmission related items etc...
motor will not rev past 2000 rpm,like it hits a rev limiter???

mil light stay's off but when checking fault codes
i still get p452, p463,p645,p1637

also if unplugging maf it dies.. regardless if stock tune or changed... default speed density dont seem to kick in ??

any thought on getting past this ??

Sounds like valvetrain noise and an exhaust leak to me.

yes there some valvetrain noise and a slight exhaust leak about 6" past header collector..
but you listen a little closer, theres almost like a diesel engine background sound
regardless where i move camera/phone....

my 5.3 tahoe makes the same sound on cold start up, but goes away after a min or less..

When you say you are unchecking things, are you disabling them in the tune or just changing them in the MIL light/codes table?

i have unchecked in eng diag DTC tab/area
all o2's related to sensor 2 in bank 1&2 sensor 3 already unchecked
also disabled egr in eng tune table general tab..

trans tune , genral tab, trans type[non-elec auto]

when i uncheck all egr, evap and trans related items in DTC table

engine wont rev past 2000 rpm

These motors really hate exhaust leaks. Will throw the ECM into fits.

The log you provided shows an area where it goes to 40% throttle, goes up to 3900 RPM and then the throttle position goes down and the RPMs go down. Seems normal to me - where is the issue exactly?
