I'm having trouble trying to figure out WHY the OP desires to make this change??.. he says he's not having any temp issues, and he didn't state any modifications that he wants to make to predicate the radiator change.. so WHY change something that works, and works the way the designers intended???

Confused here....

Default radiator core support

I have a Danchuck kit that converts 8 cyl core support to 6 cyl mounting position. I thought I would need it but the radiator already had the plates installed. John 619-987-5552

I have to agree with you on this one. I don't like the look in 6 cyl position. However I was necessary to install a 396 in my 55.

Option: Take the top channel off of the "U" support, turn it 180 degrees & reconnect. Need to drill new holes for the side baffles & one for the apron.

Worked 6cyl to V8 position that's how my car was, should work V8 to 6.
