Help me remember this one.
I thought I saw someone on here selling lower windshield stainless pieces with the notches for the wiper escutcheons filled in.
Did a search or two and couldn't find it.
Thinking about slicking the wipers off of old NelleyBelle.

I have been researching this for awhile and haven't found the lower stainless that you are asking about. Danchuk used to sell one but the color of the stainless was different that the original. They stopped selling them a few years back. They told me several times that they were going to get them from another source in the future but after checking with them for probably 2 years I gave up on them. The attachment (I hope comes thru) is an idea that I saw at the Nationals a couple of years ago. It appears that it is a cover that has been cut from another lower piece of stainless and used as a cap.
Hmmmm, well it was a thought.
Still want to slick the wipers, will just have to leave the cutouts.
Might take some flat stainless and wrap around that area. Wouldn't look any worse than the one in the center top and bottom.
I was looking at this what about the center piece that hold the two pieces together cut the bottom part of it off to match kinda what this person did and maybe glue it place just a idea.
I don't think that piece is wide enough but you can check.
