Heck I can even get Boost pressure from the map sensor to read but not having luck with the oil pressure. Please help if you know something I don't, I really don't want to have to try and run a separate sensor for just oil pressure alone.

Thanks
VHX gauges and BIM 01-2 module
when I start my car the oil pressure guage goes to zero and takes a few seconds to start showing any pressure, then it always goes just past 40 psi. The computer seems to take its time reporting the oil pressure. Maybe pull your fuel pump fuse and crank it over a while and see if you can get any pressure to show that way. Running it a brief second or two might not be long enough.

Thanks for the replies. I have a few suggestions and things to try tonight so I'll post results if I get it figured out.

I had an issue where the BIM module caused a bus conflict and the ECM was throwing all kinds of codes. I changed the bus address of the BIM and the problem was solved. The BIM instructions describe how to change the address. There are four options if I remember right.

If you have a scanner plugged into the diagnostics port try unplugging it. I have seen gauges stop responding with the scanner connected.
