Eckler's and RideTech have partnered up to bring you new drop spindles for your 1955-1957 Chevy. There are two ways to properly lower your classic. One is to add lowering coil springs; the other is to add a set of our two-inch dropped spindles. The dropped spindles will not in any way alter the steering or suspension geometry. In addition, our two-inch dropped spindle kit actually reduces the offset of the wheel mounting surface to the outer fenders by 1/4" per side, reducing tire clearance issues experienced with standard front spindles equipped with disc brakes on your 1955 1956 1957 Chevy. Always trust Ecklers for all your restoration needs!
You could call Ridetech and they should be able to help you.

"THIS VENDOR SAYS YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW THE GEOMETRY OF THE RACK AND PINION SET UP. THIS COULD BE BEYOND MANY HOME SHOP MECHANICS ---- AND DOES NOT RECOMMEND ATTEMPING THIS UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING". This Kit Is Made In The USA.
