i agree to each their own.and the interior and engine bay are very nice,and i don.t believe it i think this is the first time charles defended a shorty and did not put 4 doors down!!!! wow charles you getting mellow in your older years lol

Its no big deal and just get over it,different strokes for different folks. Back in the 1940's and 50's the purists and restorers were having heart attacks because hot rodders came along and started building hi-boys out of stock 32 Ford Roadsters and hot rods out of 32 5 window coupes. The same with 1940 Ford coupes in the 50's,the gearheads would yank out the flathead engs. and install the up and coming 265 and 283 chevy motors and 4 speeds and the purists were having fits and pulling their hair out. And z-28s ? I've seen my fair share of them cut up and butchered,where was the loud noise? Go cruising and have ya a cold one.
