Engine compartment was pretty beat up (to go along with the rest of the car I guess).
Shaping completed before primer. Tried two other doors before I found one that fit but even that had to have the shell built out with fiberglass clot
Right side in Featherfill. Note the nice working clearance between the garage post and the car. I got the owner (his garage) to move the post before
Using Featherfill, car was blocked several times. Note guidecoat on rear fender and some of the blocking tools.
Engine compartment was pretty beat up (to go along with the rest of the car I guess).
Restored and painted engine comparment
Painting the underside of hood, trunk, top lid semi-gloss black after filling and smoothing the surfaces.
Front disc brakes were added.
