Hi everyone !!!! well here are some pics of my car and garage
Garage is 24' X 110' built it myself to suit my car needs LOVE old cars !!!
The left area with the windows is a small display area some nostalgic stuff on shelves around the room and a seating area
The 57 now has a 4:11 rear end , a 200r4 transmission ( easy bolt in), power front disc brakes , aluminum rad, stainless steel headers through 2- 1/2 inch pipes and Flowmasters. It also has power windows INCLUDING the vent windows!!!
I opted for the polished gauge cluster and some custom installed white face gauges( mechanical temp) in the original spot for the temp gauge the other 2 where the SS logo and the clock were installed on the console (oil pressure and voltage)
The interior was done in the diamond 25 years ago and still looks brand new!! whoever did it did a GREAT !!!! job , headliner is the same material
When I got the car it had hi pile shag carpet and on the speaker deck too with tall 6x9 speaker grills (UGLY AND OUTDATED ) SO I put original black carpet new rear deck board and some flat profile 6x9 chrome speaker grills and a 3rd brake light up there wanted to keep the old school/ retro look also added the Impala steering wheel
I've been toying around with the BIG street scoop ????? just a trial fit???
