210 Sport Coupe
Bought this 1956 210 Sport Coupe in June 2006 just as you see it, well almost.
Purchased here in Southern Ontario, was brought up from Los Angeles CA. in 1973, complete frame off resto completed in 1991. Never hit, rusted or patch panels. Replaced new interior, then I came along last year after selling my 31 Model A.
Drove the car that summer to get the feel of it and bought parts for my first winter upgrades. They included: AAW Classic Upgrade, Vintage Air, Repop a/c vents, Front power disc brakes, 2" Heidts drop spindles, Front & rear stab. bars, gas shocks, 2 1/2" exh. with Flowmaster mufflers and tails, Patriot 3/4 length headers, 2" rear lowering blocks, painted the complete under carridge black, Seat belts, Desert Cooler rad, shroud, 140 amp. 3 wire alt., Edelbrock EPS intake, Holley 650 dbl. pmp., Pertronix Ign., CD radio and sound syst., 17's & 18's, plus many little things I cant think of now.
The idea for me is to keep it a driver, I've had an all out 31 Ford Model A coupe, billit this and that, that was as shiny on the bottom as on the top, but did not want to drive it, as afraid of the hours cleaning it.
This has been driven the most, in the rain, car wash, construction detours and dirt country roads, not planned of course but this s*^@ happens when you drive 'em.
Next winter it's time for a crate engine, ZZ383/425 to replace the 327.
Thank you guys from this forum, for keeping up on helping each other in this GREAT hobby we all enjoy.
To enjoying the upcomming cruize season....2008.
Cheers
Mario.
