Well, some 35 years ago, a friend of mine bulit one nasty coupe. That car stuck with me, but first I needed another dream car - the Camaro you see in the album. Got that 15 years ago, and started my looong quest for a nice -55 coupe. The coupe had a 283+PG, wich now is swapped for 355+TH700R4. Love that combination. Engine is very drivable at app. 380 hp. Will soon start the body work and try to update the garage.

Decided to get rid of the rebuilt stock box and go for CPP500 box. Tore down left side - fender, inner well, bumper, grille, mouldings etc. Feels like a new car when driving. Wife can now drive the car. Yet to decide if it´s good or bad. Great help from my friend Helmer during the whole build.

Installed front sway bar and later Caltracs. Made all the difference. Strongly recommend at least front sway bar for driveability. Caltracs if you need to get the power to the ground.
