Originally built in Oakland, CA about 30 miles from where I live, I restored this fine piece of automobile history from 1990 to 1993. Not a frame off job but just about everything has been touched and restored. Upholstery is original restored and 2 tone paint is matched to original color chart formulas. I shopped swap meets for 3 years and collected everything numbers matching for the year of assemby; April 1957. This car is exact matching, except for color, of the one I had stolen from me in 1968. Aside from the old school American mag wheels, the car is stock 283 pp, 4 bbl, dual exhaust, power brakes, power steering. The other un-stock feature is the Muncie 4 speed and clutch. May go to an automatic set up soon (700R).
