Purchased from a friend in 1992. Went through restoration from 92-94. Tried to keep everything close to original but did not have original 283. Decided to install PS and PB for safety sakes and then it continued.
2007, engine went to 350 vortec with modified valve train, roller rockers, ZZ4 cam, dropped spindles, tubular A arms, 700R4, and 9" Ford Posi with 370 gears. It runs and drives excellent and currently evaluating AC installation and Dakota Digital dash. Still trying to look original but sound kind of says it ain't so!
