The car has been in the family since day one. My grandfather bought it new and I inherited the car in 1970 after he passed away.
When I went to Anaheim to pick her up it only had 35,000 miles on the odometer. It had a six cylinder with a three speed, no radio and a heater added at the dealership.
Over the years I've had a couple of different V-8's and several transmissions. First was a 4 speed, then a two speed automatic and last was back to the old three on the tree.
The rebirth after sitting for 12 years will be as a total sleeper. A stock look other than being lowered with wider tires, but with a ton of performance and safety upgrades.
