Current project, after a string of Tri Fives over the past 40 years. 57 210 Sport Coupe survivor gasser. Originally built sometime during the 60's, found in storage after a 30 year hibernation. What isn't black primer is the original factory black paint, undecided on whether to repaint or not. Interior is a 60's diamond tuck upholstery job. Now powered by a 327/ Muncie 4 speed, the ford truck straight axle was replaced with a Speedway kit, uncut frame. Car was built originally with Pontiac power, a 57-64 Pontiac/Olds 9.3 rear, and recently finished a complete rear suspension and rear end rebuild. Front disc brakes and a dual reservoir master cylinder are the only modern concessions, for safety sake. All components/mods are what was available circa 1968. Upcoming winter plans will concentrate on more horsepower, either a built small block or big block.
