It's an ebay auction with a Buy It Now price of $79K.. One would be foolish to put too low a price on it right?? It has 6 days to go on the auction... it's only 5K as of this morning...
Will be interesting to see what it actually sells for. I have to assume the $79k buy it now price is a bit of a Hail Mary.
A lot of money spent on it, but perhaps some of the visual choices on the exterior and interior might limit the audience.
In any case, hope the seller and future buyer are all happy.
