I was lucky, I haven't had to mess with the glass at all yet on mine, I know a lot of guys on here have so I'm sure someone can help.

Sorry I can't help,
Wayne,
You're right, she doesn't quite have that 57 grin.

Great 'before' pics, we can't wait for the 'after' pics.

Have fun and take alot of pics along the way.
hi wayne. great pics and progress, thanks. :five: ...................:stupido2: what did you do after lunch?

nothing hard about it.

I've done several '57s myself and never cracked one. Even the one that WAS cracked didn't crack any additional length when I removed it from my windowed Delivery.
Nice looking project Wayne! Thanks for the pics.

Don
yep, need lotsa pictures......

Hey that was after lunch !! before lunch i pulled the engine / trans / doors :D
Wayne it doesn`t look sad to me. Looks like she knows she is getting plastic surgery.:D
On pulling the glass, i used a utility knife and cut around the edge to cut the rubber. Once you get rubber cut then you can remove the glass easily without worrying about breaking it.

57 fordor

A sadder sight would be to have it to look at in your garage.I think it will be a beaty when you are done and after all its a TRIFIVE!

wayne you pop off the center clip on the bottom front glass trim then slide the thim to the center of the car rite to left/left to rite about 2 inches it should pop off then cut the ruber around the bottom with utility knife then push the bottom of the glass out and the top will fall rite out breaking the glass is not a problem .not messing up the trim is the hard part hope this helps rusty
