looking for suggestions for 409 fender well headers for my 55. also opinions on ceramic coating

I had a pair sold them about 5 yrs. ago couldn't find a 409 either I was to late or way out of my price range. What I remember 1 bolt was to hard to get in or out to close to pipe .There is a guy in one of the carolina's making motors on the 409 platform. If I find his no. I pass it on.

Try Showcars.com. They specialize in "W" engine parts. About 7 years ago, I bought a pair of fender well headers from them for the 348/434 that I put in my '56 straight axle gasser wagon. I didn't ceramic coat them. Painted then white with a VHT paint, Carmine.
