Mine are about 2 inches longer than the rods. Is this normal so I just have to trim to fit? First time doing one thanks.

I'm not understanding the problem. :redface: The rods are different lengths and should fit in the holes in their respective place on the roof. ???

Duh!! Now I get it. I think you have to slit the pockets to the length of the rods but not sure about a sedan. Terry (Chevyman57) is the upholstery guy. Getting wet was an understatement. More like drowned. We were nearly at the far south end of the meet and parked far north.
