My 57 appears to have been rewired, the wires look too new. By the color of the wires at the fuse box all match the on diagram I have to work with from a Danchuk book. Is there a manual out there for novices like myself to figure out some problems I am having. I keep blowing fuses for the back tail lights. I have ran some wires, and just when I think I have it figured out, it blows again. Dennis

One thing you might try, is to check your wiring harness where it plugs into the column. When I redid my wiring, I was blowing my brake lights. It turned out that the multi pin connector that connected the column to the rest of the harness had a loose pin, and it touched more than just the brake wire. Once I straightened out the clip, it all worked great.
