got another set of hinges with the mods i made to the first set. they look good, although i need a few things changed LOL. my dad thinks im nuts, but i just want to make sure its as close to perfect as it can be. bushings and pin fit good. everything looks good tho. check out the pictures. my first set will be made next week, then i will do another test fit, then he will roll out 50 sets. pretty excited. he will also be making the little sleeves for the hinges for me, but in stainless steel. its a long process, im very impatient, but it will be worth the wait

Being a machinist myself, I'd be interested in seeing the process.
Are they milled, wired, forged or hacksawed and hand ground?
They look great. :happy0030:
