I got to spend a little time today polishing and installing some "bling" to the side of my car. Also got a nice package today from Summit that had my gauges in it:). Should be an easy fit--I just have them stuck in place right now. I do have a question about my radiator. Does it look like its setting too high? :confused0006: I had the upper outlet moved to the 6 cyl. position so it wouldn't hit the hood baffle but I'm a little concerned about how high I have to mount the thing without notching the front lower splash pan. I don't have the hood on (or fenders) so I'm just having to measure stuff as best I can. What do you guys think? Thanks Much, JIM.:blowtiedb:

Looking good! :happy0001: The radiator does look like it's too high. The cap may hit the hood. A 6 cyl position radiator has the inlet above the radiator to clear the bar.

You are definitely making progress. How far down is the radiator? Mine is sitting about 1/4" from the splash pan, if that high from it.

Terry, could you measure how high your radiator is above the tie-bar and "about" how much clearance you have when hood is closed--that would really help. I may have to have the neck moved up some. Thanks a ton, JIM.

p.s. I'm having to shim the bottom about a half inch to get the neck over the bar.
