I would like to replace the sockets on the car, I have some questions.
#1 - Would it be preferred to buy replacement 55 sockets, or can these things be picked up standard at a local parts store. What have others done.
#2 - Am I to assume that these sockets are pressed in, or not meant to come out and that I have to dig them out ?
#3 What about going into LED - is that common to do or not necessary,

Thanks for the help

The metal bulb sockets are part of the tail or parking light houseing and are crimped into the houseing. I haven't seen them available seperately, that will fit without modification. The plactic part and the contacts are available from the vendors.
