Finally got the car out of the garage yesterday. Bad weather last 2 weeks have been a holdup.
My wife's birthday is in he middle of the week so I took her out to dinner last night. On the way home drove by the local Saturday night car show( sprinkling again). Saw a trifive Pontiac Safari painted in bronze and yellow. Quite a striking combination.
Does anyone know if all Yenko SC were built on SS bodys? A yellow one was in front of me on way past. It was a Chevelle body not SS badged. Just wondered if it was real. Healthy big block I'd say.

1969 Yenko's were built using standard bodies for most builds and I'm pretty sure it's the same with the Nova, Camaro and Chevelle. They ordered base models and then added the drive train. I have a friend here with a COPO Chevelle that's 1 of 4 in Orange with a 4 Speed. Nice cars and not cheap either.
