My son was driving through town today and saw these cars and called me to tell me about it. I drove into town to check it out and was pleasantly surprised. There were about 100 cars there. One of the sponsors told me that there were supposed to be around 200 but the weather forecast called for rain (which never happened) so there were a lot of cancellations. The sun was so bright that I couldn't see anything in the viewfinder so I just pointed and shot. Most came out all right.

Nice turnout gramps, especially for a small town like Vernon... Did most of the cars come from a nearby larger area??

I always like looking for where cars/owners are from when I go thru cars at a car show.. When the show doesn't provide owners information cards (for the windshield), I check tags to guesstimate where they are from..

I don't know. I don't know Bones Creel. I've only lived here for the last 36 years so I'm still an outsider.
