You can get a regular bolt, grad 5 or better, and grind the head round to fit the hole. Just mach the size of the old bolts, I think they are fine thread.

It's hard to find fine thread bolts that are long enough and threaded all the way.

Better off going to a place that repairs trailers. They break springs often and they most likely carry all sizes of center bolts. Look for ads that say axle repair.

Napa or O'Reilly's might be able to get them in 24 hours also.
