i see a lack of understanding of all things front suspension and steering related. things like scrub radius, caster, camber, wheel offset. buy a book and learn what you are doing before you "bolt on" because it looks cool. just my 2 cents.

Mike, Great car! I watched the you-tube. I am looking to buy a 55 in about a year and doing research right now, so I was checking the forum for lowering and suspension posts. In my opinion you nailed the stance and the wheel/tire combo (with white letters) works very well. It's perfect just the way it is. What is the name if the blue color on it?
Dan
Dan, Thanks for your kind words. The color of my car is Regal Turquoise Metalic (stock 55 Chevy/Pontiac color) and Wimbeldon White, a F**d color that was used on their older T-birds etc.. it's a very creamy white which I think looks much better than a bright ("refrigerator") white. Regal Turquiose is shade is more green than Tropical turquoise (56/57 color) which if sitting side-by-side would look more blue..
