I have tried making a pattern but it's not perfect and I can't get the right bend. Anyone know of any places that sell pieces that can be covered and velcroed on?

jemo.. i got the danchuk trunk kit. it looks like roofing tar paper. its ok but it seems like they charged a **** of a lot!!

Jeff those inserts should be easy to build. Then glue them to the trunk lid. The insert will shape to the trunk after gluing in.

I had a choice, and opted for the set that looked a bit real, and wasn't tar paper! [About $30 AIRC]
