The door shin lip that folds around the inside lip has come loose from being to tight at the bottom right corner .It is about 3 to 4 inches in length . My question is the best way to repair it,,without replacing the door skin. Thanks for any help

grind the edge to have the proper gap after the door is properly aligned. then weld the edges back together and final grind to shape.

What hotrod said, mig the edge, grind to get the gap right, make sure the rest of the door gaps are good, your door hinges should be tight and in good shape.
