heres the one im using, and its quite, and yes the holley blue is kinda loud , <external reg> and red pump is loud also

external regulated, and holley part number 12-125, using 1/2, line from bottom of tank to filter to pump then up to external regulator then to carb, all 1/2 . Summit racing $189.95
good pump. feeds 496 with no issues.
