I must ask this question... Why are you going with lowering springs? You do know that that is going to give you a stiffer ride. Right??
yea, i know, the thing is that i have all original brakes and if i put the spindels ill have to put disc brakes

I used CPP for my drop springs and drop spindles. http://www.classicperform.com/fullsize.htm
Try ESPO in Pa.
I have just removed a set of 2' lower springs from my 55. I am installing 2'd dropped spindles with larger disc brakes. The paper work that came with the car indicates that is what was in the car. I am installing a 1" shorter spring. But I am not sure if these are 2" shorter springs or not. Anyone know how tall a stock spring is? If you are interested, just let me know.
Bryant you have been PM'ed
