want to raise the front end, curerently, a 205/65/15 on the car. i like that width, how about height, though? i don`t want the VW tires on. but i`d like a taller tire. any suggestions? i have the taller coils in. i guess they are the #6004`s? thanx!
Just step up in aspect ratio. Go to a 70 or a 78 series if you want to stick with a radial and that will increase your overall tire height. There are so many tire choices out there, it really depends on what look/performance you are after.
Going to put a pair of 155/80 x 15" Firestone F560 radials on my '57, not really period perfect but here in the UK there are a lot of winding, narrow roads to travel and safty comes first.
