So I have the negative wire bolted to the engine block. Just picked up one ground strap and went from block to inner fenderwell. Is this a good ground? Do i need more? Going to have a radio at some point in the future. Does more grounds = better clarity? If more where are good places to ground and how many should I have?
I have the battery cable grounded to the engine at the waterpump special bolt.
I have a ground strap from the rear of the block to the firewall. I have a ground strap from the frame to the body. That covers all the grounds. Jim
:flag6: and when I built my car and before I put the front clip on I Drilled a hole in frame on both sides by the firewall and welded bolts to it so could ground it with a solid ground :anim_25:
Okmso i finally got to grounding the car. This is what I did. Does this sound good?
Neg bat terminal to block, block to firewall and negative wire to fenderwell.
