I have not posted in a while and because of various reasons, a fall down a 12 foot high set of stairs and various broken things, I have just started working on my 55 two door sedan this year. I have it up on a backyard buddy and have stripped it down to just the frame and body shell. I have put in place a rack and pinion from jimmy meyers racing, replaced half the drivers side floor with supports, and the rear section of the trunk to frame sheet metal and supports. I also bought new fenders and new doors. I am going to put in a 9 inch rear and new leaf springs. It had a 750 hp engine in it which I am replacing with a 350/426 hp from Proformance unlimited. Any suggestions on full lenght headers? I will have extra space under the hood since I am using a hydrolic clutch. The full injected 350 has a O2 sensor so I will need an O2 bung for the sensor.

:)There are several good makes on the market, however I prefer the 'Hooker Super Comp' full length ones. Be sure and check out their web site. I have Hookers on both of my '56's.

I recommend going with 3/4 headers If you are even thinking about going with droped spindles now or in the future. Easier to do in the building stage rather than later. Just MHO..
