I can't make Goodguys this Saturday due to a family reunion in Wallis Tex. Tonight I packed the trunk on the Belair and was amazed at what it holds.

3 lawn chairs
1 cot
2 air mattresses
air pump
48 qt cooler
1 sleeping bag
2 pillows
1 8x8 awning
spare tire
car cleanings items
1 suit case
car cover
tool set

I still have room. for more things that my wife may decide to take. :D

Exactly why they were made that way. Enjoy your time and ride. :party0031: Lloyd

Once I had a complete 327 long block, two tool boxes, and a muncie in the trunk of my 57. This is beside the spare and regular stuff. :)
A good friend used to haul the original 265 out of his '56 in the trunk. The complete engine. Just not assembled.

We always take a pile of stuff with us. Whether we're headed to a show or cruise-in. You just never know what she may need?????

We figured if we ever had any kids, they'd have to stay home with grandma.
