hi i have question? i have the american auto wire kit. now do i have to use the Ignition Ballast Resistor when i wire or can it be left out of the wireing

You need the ballest resistor if you have points in the distributor or some electronic points replacement modules (such as mallory and some Pertronix) still need the resistor.
Most electronic distributors do not need the ballest resistor.
It has nothing to do with the wiring harness you are using.
Points won't last very long without the ballest resistor.

Ballast resister has nothing to do with the wiring kit. It is used for distributers with ignition points. Lowers the voltage to the coil to make the points last longer.

Years ago I researched resistors and 55-57 is wrong for Mallory Unilite, a 57 Furd was correct resistance. Been running them ever since.
